Cheese: Filling: a delicious blend of cheddar, gouda, mozzarella and parmesan, with roasted mashed potato and sweet potato, and caramelised onion. Chard: Filling: fresh chard with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan, and a sofrito of onion, pepper and garlic. Prawns: Filling: prawns in a smooth béchamel sauce, with sofrito and manchego cheese.
