Pan de jamón (Venezuelan Christmas bread filled with ham, raisins and olives) is a classic of Venezuelan cooking and the unmistakable symbol of the Christmas season. Now you can enjoy our special version, made with the same traditional flavour you love, but a little lighter and healthier. Our turkey pan de jamón is made with a soft, fluffy brioche dough, filled with turkey ham and turkey bacon, raisins and green olives stuffed with red pepper. To finish, we brush it with a light melao de papelón (unrefined cane sugar syrup), which gives it a natural sweetness and an irresistible shine.
