A complete Venezuelan Christmas for 8 people, handmade and ready to heat up and serve: • 8 traditional hallacas (Venezuela's Christmas classic: corn dough with a rich stew filling, wrapped in banana leaves) • Large pan de jamón, 1.2 kg (Venezuelan Christmas bread filled with ham, raisins and olives) • 2 main courses: stuffed turkey breast and/or roast pork loin (let us know in your order notes) • Cream of pumpkin soup (crema de auyama) • Venezuelan chicken salad (ensalada de gallina, 1 kg) and Waldorf salad (1 kg) • Large torta negra (dark Venezuelan Christmas fruitcake) • Quesillo (Venezuelan caramel custard, traditional or coconut) or tres leches / coconut marquesa • Dulce de lechoza (papaya in syrup) or cabello de ángel (sweet squash preserve) • 1 homemade ponche crema (Venezuelan creamy eggnog liqueur), 700 ml • 2 bottles of selected red wine Contains alcohol: 18+ only.
