Christmas menu for 4

Everything you need for a Venezuelan Christmas Eve (Nochebuena) for 4 people, handmade and ready to heat up and serve: • 4 traditional hallacas (Venezuela's Christmas classic: corn dough with a rich stew filling, wrapped in banana leaves) • Pan de jamón, 500 g (Venezuelan Christmas bread filled with ham, raisins and olives) • Venezuelan chicken salad (ensalada de gallina), 1 kg • Main course of your choice: asado negro (beef braised in a dark, sweet sauce) or muchacho relleno (stuffed beef in sauce) • Cream of pumpkin soup (crema de auyama) • Dessert: torta tres leches (sponge soaked in three kinds of milk) or coconut marquesa (let us know in your order notes) • 1 homemade ponche crema (Venezuelan creamy eggnog liqueur), 700 ml • 1 bottle of selected red wine Contains alcohol: 18+ only.
