Guasacaca

Guasacaca is the sauce no Venezuelan table is ever without: creamy, fresh and with a tangy kick that brings any dish to life. We make it at home with avocado, fresh herbs such as coriander and parsley, onion, pepper, garlic and a splash of vinegar and oil. It's a cousin of guacamole, but smoother and runnier, almost like a green dressing, with that unmistakable herby flavour. What do you eat it with? Everything: grilled meat, chicken, arepas, tequeños, empanadas, cachapas, chips or a good salad. Contents: 250 ml. Chilled product: keep it in the fridge.
